Comments Thread For: Provodnikov Jumps From Roach To Joel Diaz - Photos

Last week Vadim Kornilov, manager of former super lightweight champion Ruslan Provodnikov (24-4, 17KOs), advised BoxingScene.com that discussions were underway for Joel Diaz to train his fighter.

Diaz trains several fighters and recently parted ways with two-division champion Tim Bradley, who is now being trained by Teddy Atlas. Provdonikov faced Bradley (when Diaz had him) in 2013 in a Fight of The Year battle.

I wish both all the best. Diaz got Bradley pretty damn far.

          Highly disappointing.

We only get one pic of Provodnikov doing his crazy warrior face.

Postol is officially Freddie's favorite. Why hang around there? He might get more attention with Diaz. Like I said, lots of waste in big stables.

Hey if it helps him utilize his abilities better more power to him. Marvin is a decent fill in but he ain't Freddie.

Good for him. Sort of felt like he was on the back burner at Wild Card.
