Comments Thread For: Roach Explains Keys For Postol To Beat Crawford

Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach is very proud of his new star, newly crowned WBC junior welterweight champion Viktor Postol (28-0, 12KOs), who on Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, California, scored a shocking upset with a tenth-round stoppage of Lucas Matthysse to capture the vacant title.

Shut up already you jokester Freddy. You're just trying to get in the fans head, but we all know you'll avoid Crawford like the plague. Just like you talked but would not walk the walk with Floyd Mayweather without Meds. So Stop trying to give us head!

I hope this happens early next year... maybe as an undercard in Pac's return fight PPV.

I'm still picking Crawford since he has shown to be more versatile to date.
But a win for either guy would be a huge victory and should be considered #1 at 140 (maybe lineal?).

Keys to beating Crawford: be top 10 at 140-147 and not blown up featherweight with no chin...

Crawford's resume is beating a blown up featherweight at 135 and the all bums.

If Crawford wasn't African-American, nobody would be acting like this guy is the next Sugar Ray Leonard...

Dude has legit beaten nobody at 140.

Why would they be scared of Crawford? I think Postol gives him hell.

Honestly I have no idea where this Crawford hype is coming from and why people have him in their top 10 P4P. I mean he's a good fighter, but nothing more. Not from what he's shown so far anyway.

Postol beats Crawford no problem. Easier than he beat Matthysse.
