Davis reminds me more of Shane Mosley than Mayweather, has some boxing skills but he is about blasting the hell out of the other guy not really out maneuvering the other guy.

He is quick, has good power but he can be guided into position. Avila was able to hit him with some rights, so Davis puts his earmuffs on. Avila continues to throw to the outside but everytime he went with the left uppercut, he landed. A higher level opponent would be able set up shots through the middle with ease and alternate with shots to the side of the head.

He isn't the next Floyd, the media trying to compare the two is going to do him a big disservice in the long run.

Davis is very talented, only negative his Defense, he tries to push for KO's and forget to protect himself sometimes. Exciting style though!
