Thats why i dont blame Ortiz in the Lopez fight when his jaw was shattered, thats life and death. the other fights not so much, if Lucas really thought he was going to go blind i dont blame him.

One judge had it 86-85 Lucas and the other 2 had it 86-85 Postol, I think Lucas lost his head and would just have taken punishment for the last two rounds. For his health it was the best decision and now he can decide if he wants to fight on however unfortunately fans wont see it that way.

I thought Lucas was winning most of the rounds in the first half, then he turned into a zombie from the 8th on. Postol wasn't doing much in the first half for the most part so I think the scorecards are pretty accurate.

I've learned about the score cards. In my book Postol was way in front. In fact, I quit watching because I had two screens on my plasma and 'switched' attention to Broner-Habibi fight.

Lucas should retire this time for good.
Still plenty of good matchups for the machine, like he said it wasn't his night. Lucas should hire Roach.

In retrospect, that massive clash of heads is probably what caused the initial fracture, and the right hand in the tenth landed right on it. Lucas got some **** luck it seems. I still think he needs a new corner though.
