Lucas Matthysse was like the 2nd coming of christ to the MAJORITY of you guys a couple years ago. There was many talks about him being the most feared man in boxing, he'd knocked out Lamont Peterson and some others. You guys went as far as saying that he'd beat Mayweather and that Mayweather was scared of him. Actually, according to you guys, he was going to thrash Danny Garcia, then the fight happened. Garcia beat the dog **** out of Matthysse and you guys stopped honoring him like you once did. Fast forward to tonight, Matthysse quits in a world title fight that MOST feel that he was going to win by TKO. Granted, Postol was never deemed in as high regard as Matthysse was by you goys, but Postol was respected enough for it to be a good win for Matthysse.
