Might want to add Postol and Peterson to that list as well...
I've never been high on Matthysse, so Postol beating him doesn't do a whole lot to me. As for that middleweight that fought Danny Garcia, that's a known PED cheat. I just assumed he could no longer make 140.
I was thinking the same thing until he said Ashley's name and then I remember Floyd mention getting that British fighter a title shot. I don't think Broner wants it with Crawford or Spence yet. He may want to fight a couple more top guys first, then try to unify against Postol. If he wins that fight and looks impressive, then he can go after Crawford. Losing to Crawford a couple years from now does not ruin his career, but losing to him now would definitely end it.
Shoot, Crawford would mess that man up in a bad way.
Prior to the 12th round, the Doc told the ref "one power punch and done" ... That was the one...
Yeah, yeah...he could have lasted the final 30 seconds, he didn;t take a knee or stumble into the ropes. The stoppage revalidates Broner as a beast though doesn't it? He "must" be the next big thing.................if I didn't already know better.
broner wins another title and the guy he ducked(lucas) loses. what a perfect night to be a broner fan. bring on all the top guys like ashley theophane!
it wasnt impressive and boner acts like hes already the king of something.....
i wonder what that may be? i think hes a way overhyped bell end trying to be something he clearly is not and it wont be long before hes found out AGAIN!
its the usa version of king khunt! he has no power even at 140 so he will struggle against anybody
Just saw the fight he looked like he always does against a sub par opponent in front of him, he got hit it didn't effect because the guy cant punch and tee'd off on him. His feet tho i thought Canelo was bad he looks like he walks in cement.
i was there to buddy ended up going war broner lets hope hes as serious as he says and stays that way cause he could beat some pretty good fighters if he does.
Good deal man. Hope he manages to stay relevant at the top of the sports.
