No, it takes legitimate title defenses. Quillin=Legit title defense. Also Mora and Traux were legit title defenses. Golovkin rarely fights anyone in the top 10. Lemieux's resume is weak and he got tko'd by Rubio.

None of the divisions north of 154 are particularly strong, it's just that GGG haters try to discredit him by saying his division is the worst in the sport.

But let's look at the others. 168 has only two good fighters, Ward and DeGale. Arthur Abraham is not good and never was, this dude had a "quadrilogy" with Robert Stieglitz ffs. Groves has been exposed, Badou Jack got KOed in 1 round by a journeyman, Andre Dirrell is one of the biggest underachievers in the sport, his brother isn't much better (he went 10 rounds with Rubio ffs). Is it better than 160? sure, but it's not that much better.

175 has only two fighters as well. Sure you have guys like Beterbiev roaming around but he only has 9 fights under his belt. The other challengers are cannon fodder.

200 and HW aren't that much better either (although HW might soon become one of the best divisions).

You're clueless. Lee defended vs Quillin in his 1st defense. GGG is about to fight his 7th Ring top 10 opponent, no one else comes close. And Lemieux best wins are same as Quillin, NDam and Rosado.

Beterbiev would have beat Stevenson by now, but they both are GYM-Haymon fighters. He would have fought Kovalev also. In fact you have only two fighters at LHW -- Kovalev and Beterbiev. The pimp is a spin off already.

lol so you think if a champion fights 7/15 defenses in the top 10 thats good? I wasn't even trying to discredit GGG but now you're just obligating me to. I think what GGG is trying to do is to get Lemieux's belt so that the other belt holders have to fight him or move up. It's smart and I hope it works because I want to see GGG either wipe these guys out or finally lose.

I'll remind just "why" all the division from 160 up are all "weak" -- they are all dominated (except for the 168) by Russians and Ukrainians... right?
