Vyacheslav Shabranskyy will likely be on the Cotto-Alvarez PPV card

Golden Boy promoted Vyacheslav Shabranskyy (13-0) will likely be on the Cotto-Alvarez PPV.

I wonder who his opponent will be?

Is it possible that he's going to fight Andre Ward? I think ideally he should have another 3 or 4 pro fights before facing someone like Ward, but even now it's an intriguing matchup.

    Isn't it the day before?
I doubt Golden Boy gives Shabranskyy to Ward. Why would they do that a guy any favors?

Maybe it is the day before?

I'd like to see him in with someone decent, someone between 11 and 30 at light heavyweight.

What have you seen about his next fight?

Yeah, I heard it was the day before. They usually have a show the day before the PPV. Slava is probably on that one. He needs more experience imo.
He looked very vulnerable last time out.

Shabranskyy has a very weak chin.

I'd say more of a slightly porous defense he needs to work on.

It's exciting to come forward all the time like he does, but sometimes it's wiser to do so in a more cautious way.

He's a brutal knockout waiting to happen. I hope he doesn't get too hurt. Boxing can be bad for the brain.

                  We'll see.

One bad round does not necessarily mean he's a brutal KO waiting to happen.

He's really easy to hit. If the guys he's been fighting had the power we see at the top level, I think he would have been stopped by now. Just my opinion, but I wish him the best, he's an exciting fighter.
