Yep. McMillan has affected Cotto for the better. Staying in shape would also put less tear on his body when training resumes, so it's much more beneficial to stay that way than to just let go and live up life in-between fights.

Canelo will be his first true MW (although Canelo is a fraud too, with his rehydrating to 175, draining 20 pounds to fight smaller fighters).
