    There was probably only one big fight this month and that was the Mayweather fight.

      Was that REALLY a big fight? Berto wasn't ranked in the top ten at welterweight by The Ring, ESPN or Transnational.

          Yes, it was the final fight of boxing's biggest star. Whether you like him or not he is the biggest attraction, was universally ranked as the p4p best. Compared to the other fights in September it was by far the biggest.

            Although he needs more work and is probably a Ko waiting to happen...I was pretty impressed with Wilder. He took some shots and had a tough SOB in there with him that wasn't laying down for him.

            There may be more impressive fights but for me not ever seeing Wilder battle like that and while his eye was swelling up was good to see. Adversity was overcome and he kept up the pace not getting frustrated that he couldnt get the guy out of there. He just tried harder.

            I pick Wilder.
