No cause for that prolonged beating....

The fight should have been stopped at least a round if not two rounds earlier. Velasquez corner showed incompetence. I like a tough fight as much as the next but he was severely outclassed and taking too much punishment for nothing. He'll be damaged goods for sure going forward.

I slightly disagree with you on one thing...we don't know if it's true that Fortuna will go down from one punch. From what I have seen so far he has a pretty solid chin and until proven otherwise I have to believe he might be able to take Uchiyama's punch. Listen, I'm the first one to say that Fortuna can get very sloppy but I have also seen him box circles around guys when he chooses too. There is no way Fortuna stands right in front of Uchiyama. Remember styles make fights and Fortuna might not be easy pickings for Uchiyama. We shall see what the future holds.
