Some are moles but that is surely some back acne lol. Floyd passed the tests also and was given an exemption for a legal IV but that doesn't stop the witch hunt for him. Marquez after KOing Manny was put on blast for back acne also... what comes around goes around.

A medical exemption is given when an athlete needs a drug or procedure that would normally be prohibited but because of a special medical condition the athlete has, the drug or procedure is allowed.

I don't have proof, but I suspect most fighters use PEDS, including Floyd and Manny.
It's just too tempting, especially for older fighters.
