And he passed all tests. If that poster is saying that Floyd was on PEDs and passed all tests, then it's possible for Manny to have been on PEDs and passed the same tests.

Of course it's possible, but no evidence anyone knows of exists that Manny employed a PED coverup technique. Suggesting that he did that would be pure speculation. It is not speculation however that Floyd pushed enough fluid into his veins to change the results of blood tests.
