Super bantamweight prospect Julian "El Camaron" Ramirez (14-0) returns to the ring after a six month layoff when he faces Mexican veteran Hugo Partida (21-5) on the Lucas Matthysse-Viktor Postol undercard at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. Matthysse needed to get a good trainer 2 years ago... Now it's a toss up overtime he fights...
He's one of my favorite fighters and I hope he wins... but he's not as exciting as Maidana although he can be... his last fight he wasn't to exciting... didn't have that monster puncher feel..
But his team is mediocre... if he had Robert Garcia or a Freddie Roach or Nacho he would be unstopable. So I don't even know who Postol is, I'll be there watching the fight live... and I hope he wins... War Matthysse!!! and please get a good trainer dude.

This is by no means an easy fight but I have faith in Lucas.

Postol is VERY solid. I think Lucas may have some additional miles on the clock after Provodnikov.

Postol is the one who is a machine - amazing punch output for jr.WW.
Anyone know the odds on this?

I wouldn''t be surprised at all if Postol beat Matthyse.

No huge upset in my book.

          Great fight.
