I'm taking Postol by decision. I think he is able to use his range and keep Matthysse in check.

I think Postol is a live underdog, but we should take into account that he is coming off a long layoff and taking a big jump up in competition. Postol is a slow starter and has shown a lack of durability in previous fights, his style is very similar to Lamont Peterson, and we saw how Matthysse was able to dispose of him. Regardless, I'm leaning more towards Postol to pull off the upset based on his work rate and decent boxing ability, but it's a very cautious pick.

Personally I think big fight experience will be the main factor here. Also anybody else think Roach is not the trainer to have for Postol in this fight?
          Dwyer picked Postol?

          Thank glob, Matthysse win confirmed.

Some great fights this weekend, really looking forward to this card. Orozco vs Soto on the undercard is a FOTY contender.

The main event is 50-50 imo, if it goes the distance I can see Postol edging it. I'll be supporting Matthysse though.

Broner vs Khabib gonna be good as well, on the other side

He fought on the Garcia-Peterson undercard in April a week before Lucas. Didn't look great tbh

The question is...which one will you watch live?

But he does make good points on this fight , Lucas has been sluggish and Im checking his record and I see that his last UD was in 2008 ( Ruslan was a MD) and he (Matthysse ) has never won a SD (lost two) therefore you can conclude that Postol will have at least one Judge in his favor should it go the distance if history repeats itself. I will be putting money on Postol @ +175 and I said this months ago.

                    The HBO card for sure.

Orozco vs Soto is one of my favourite fights so far this year.

Lucas by decision.. Postol will win some rounds but lucas will land the more telling blows.
