Hearn sees Stevenson fighting that bum he last fought on ppv in Canada so I guess they're just following the pbc model for these guys from outside of the USA.

sure fury, go get drunk on the 24th and have a few curries. Then wonder why your career will look more like ricky hattons than klitchkos or mayweathers.

little man cunningham cracked his glass jaw and completely outboxed him. the only reason he won that fight was size alone. got busted up by a cruiserweight when hes 6ft 9

Fury should just be glad that this fight got postponed and use it as an opportunity to train harder, instead of all this false bravado about only training 4 times per week.

This is how all of these half-ass fighters do it. They show up at their heaviest for a Title fight, then when they lose, all of a sudden they kick the habit and get into better shape, I.E. Arreola (for a while at least).

Fighters shouldn't overtrain (1), Peter Fury has stated that he was training very hard and training two (or was it three?) times a day, and that he had spent a couple months merely getting down to the proper weight before serious training began (2). He was interviewed on Buncy's Podcast recently.

                  Who would buy that?
                  Didn't a bunch of people buy Brook-Gavin?

You have to laugh at Hearn talking about putting Fury on his undercard.

Jousha and a few others had a lot to do with that

Yeah, he stacked the card but I think Brook was still the headliner.

I didn't hear the interview but I don't believe Hearn was serious about the 8 rounder, it sounds like the kind of thing he throws out there to keep people interested. Unfortunately for him Fury called it out as b/s.
