  • sad to say it was a legit knock down

I am by no way shape or form a fan of Zab Judah, but he did get a legit knock down. In all fairness it should've been called, but all that would've been voided had Steele deducted 2 points for the flagrant fouls in the 10th.

but it was a legit knock down.

i'd be real pissed had it been the other way with Mayweather not getting credit for a knock down like that....

what do ya'll think? should it been called and had it did, do you think that it would've made Zab a hungrier fighter?

for sure it was legit. He caught him with a right hook and he went off balance and his glove touched the canvas

you think had it been called that it would've been more of a positive charge in judah to actually try and win instead of hang on and finsih the fight on his feet?

Yeah, that should have been a KD, I don't know what Richard Steele was looking at, but I don't think it really would've made a difference. Zab was hitting him solid in the early going though.

That was definitely a knockdown. I'm very surprised it wasn't called. Judah surprised Mayweather early with some crisp punching and nice speed & enthusiasm, but as soon as Mayweather got his act together and led with the right with his typically devastating speed against Judah's poor defense he dominated the rest of the fight. Props to Mayweather. I wouldn't have a rematch either if I was Mayweather, pointless IMO.

It was a knockdown but nothing would have changed.

yeah i think so too, other than it might have put zab more into the fight. it could've raised his confidence and made him try harder when he was slowing down. but floyd had him all the way basically....
