Nothing the WBC does should surprise you. They don't even know themselves what they will do next or why.

Absolutely. I see no point in this fight.

im actually not so sure. if he still wants to fight this would actually be a fight he would love to take. he wants that 147 pound title badly

I think Marquez is way past prime now. Khan would win easily if he had a good chin. Marquez is still a sneaky fast counter puncher with good power so Khan better not make many mistakes. I wouldn't bet this fight but I think Khan would have the edge now.

Well Juan does want a strap. Khan would beat him at this point. Just use the Bradley and Floyd blueprint

Love it. Fantastic fight since I still think Marquez can be a good enough fighter. I was wanting this fight for a few years now.

great fight...very winnable fight for khan vs any version of marquez (minus memo in his side)...

not the fight jmm is looking for .. rios called him out too and I think he's got a good shot at beating jmm..

reason why ive been so critical of jmm coz tbh , besides the pac fights and mab his best win is prolly derrick ****ing gainer or juan diaz..

Casamayor was still looking good when Marquez beat him.

I think even the old, beat down Marquez beats Khan. Again, Khan went life and death with a kickboxer--hardly what I'd expect from an Olympic fighter. Also, Marquez still beats Rios. Rios is a slower (heavy handed) Juan Diaz with slightly better skills. Rios had a helluva time with Alvarado. Come on, man.

I doubt that this will end up happening, but hell, I think it has a lot of potential to be very exciting bout. Khan's speed and JMM's combos are always nice to watch
