Wilder has beaten as many former world champs as Golovkin (2).

    Wilder has a higher KO% (97) than Golovkin (91).

Why doesn't Wilder get 1/10th of the love? Could it have something to do with the flag Wilder represents? Or maybe his skin?
Start with him avoiding his dangerous mandatory, Povetkin.

Maybe because he's irritating, obnoxious and avoids dangerous fights? A fighter like Wilder could easily become a superstar in the States. It's impressive that he's still fighting on the bum circuit after all this time. That takes some Andre Ward level of skill.

Geez, see this is why you don't make a career of fighting complete tin cans. Wilder can say what he wants leading up to this fight but it's obvious that he didn't properly prepare for this fight. He doesn't look in shape (not like he has looked for previous fights) and he certainly doesn't look "up" for the fight.

You sure about your figures man? Only top 3 guy Wilder has ever faced was Stiverne.

Golovkin is about to try to collect his third MW belt. The difference is that GGG is taking belts from guys who have them while Wilder (a guy that I used to support heavily while others trashed) is content on riding that Hymen tincan train. Who has ever even heard of his opponent before? This dude is ranked 34th by Boxrec, yeah 34th. His last opponent, Molina is ranked 46th by Boxrec, yup I know....terrible.

Lemieux is ranked 6th by Boxrec and is the IBF belt holder.

Against Molina he tried to showcase his new improved boxing skills. That **** didn't work at all and he looked out of place and Molina was able to make it somewhst competitive. Wilder needs to go out there and do what he does best - be aggressive and let his hands go from round one.

You need to get that chip off your shoulder dude, it's 2015. The president of America is the black! Are you saying we have to show "love" to wilder just because he's black? He doesn't have the same fan base because he obviously doesn't appeal to the wider audiences YET.

He dropped him 4 times and stopped him in the 9th. What's wrong with a competitive back and forth fight?

Look at Floyd, went toe-to-toe with Maidana in a razor close fight. Then Manny couldn't touch him for 12 rounds.

Floyd didn't like the rough tacticts of Maidana and struggled with his awkward style. Floyd had to dig deep and win ugly. Wilder turned a mis-match into a competive fight and the risk of losing. Molina didn't present any kind of threat....Had Wilder approached that fight that he usually does he would've knocked Molina out inside 3 rounds.
