Roman has moved up past 112 before, more than once. Also, just because Pacquiao did it doesn't mean everyone else can, not only are their styles completely different but Roman also started fighting world class talent at a lower weight. Seriously, Roman might cap off at 118 but that won't make him any less talented than the next man. His abilities and style may limit him from effectively jumping through weight divisions.
