Keith Thurman - Shawn Porter*is also being discussed, and we already have Daniel Jacobs - Peter Quillin, and a lot more guys that plan on fighting at least 1 more time before the end of the year.

People complain about mismatches (which is understandable), but these guys fight more often now (so they won't always be in tough), and they have to get their schedules in sync before they can face each other. I think they finish the year off strong. Whether you like Haymon or not he definitely forced his competition to step their games up.

You read that wrong. The competition was forced to step it up (HBO, Top Rank, Golden Boy, etc). Look at the fights they had last year and compare it to this one.

I like this card. DeGale will handle Bute, but I'm not sure about the other two match-ups.
