I think it's been over a year now since he said he has never seen Golovkin fight, then he said Golovkin has the best footwork of any fighter today, and now p4p best.

It seems like either Roach Knows Pac is near the end, is trying to motivate Pac to gwet his head on straight instead of politics or is really impressed now with ggg. I would say one of the first two and probably a combo of both. He knows Pac still has speed and power to hurt alot of guys. It all depends on who they match him up with.
