Khan is not trying to be the best welterweight in the world. His only agenda for coming up to 147 was to cash out. Now that his plan has backfired, he's HOPING the fight with Pacman could be made since that's the next best option in terms of money.

Khan will NEVER step into the ring with likes of Brook, Thurman, Spence, or Garcia IF he can avoid it. He knows that in all probability his losses to Peterson and Garcia killed whatever chances he had to be a ppv attraction and his performance against Algieri was very underwhelming in what was to be a SHOWCASE fight, and such killed his chance to face Floyd.

If Khan cannot get Pac, I bet he retires from the sport.

Agreed. Khan is a lot like Broner in that sense. They don't take the sport as serious as they do just wanting to be famous and rich. Both guys are more concerned with making the quick cash and portraying an image.

But I also think Khan just doesn't want to face the humiliation of losing to his rival, Brook. Especially after all that sheet he talked about him.

Hunter should realise that Khan and his team don't trust Khans chin against Brooks power. If they did they would of fought him instead of Algieri, they would of got more money as Hearn was offering Khan more money than he would of got at anytime in his career, Wembley would of equalled the numbers of Froch v Groves. NOT to mention a world title and also proving whose the best Welter in the Uk. WHAT a bargaining chip to have offered Mayweather instead of been gifted a fight which he thinks Floyd owes him. Then he would of had a legit case instead of crying like a spoilt brat. SO Hunter dont expect that fight anytime soon.

that ******* keeps moaning about how brook needs to prove himself but kell is the one with the belt...so khans logic is crap.

brook also seems to be happy fighting totally crap opposition ever since his clinic of porter. he boxed like a world beater in that bout and its sad to see him go backwards and fight legit b level fighters like selby and now chaves.

i hope uncle al produces some exciting matchups instead these one-sided drab fights.
