Hes not with Top Rank, they co-promoted him for the Bradley fight ...no exclusive. RiosProvo was banter, nothing more. So was BradleyBrook, BrookRios... i dont knpw why ppl would expect anything else fron TR. I can predict their line up for the next yr or 2. CrawfordVargas, PacVarhas, PacCrawford, just mix and match the few names they have..voila' TRs plan
