Yep, complete revisionist bull****..it seemed that way for 10 seconds until Cotto grabbed him walked him to the ropes and tee'd off. The only one hurt in that fight was Tony when he fell into Cotto after a left hook.

And for the record I'd love to see Cotto fight Trout, Clottey, Margarito and even try tempt Floyd for a rematch. Marg-Clottey would be great preparation for a GGG fight in Dec next year.

And that was with Pedro Diaz in his corner, trying to change how Cotto throws his punches. With Roach and MacMillan, he would probably would have seriously hurt Tony.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Trout rematch to silence all the novice fans. Following the lead up to the fight, it was clear that Cotto did not have a good camp from the reports, and he was just going through the motions. Diaz got the boot shortly after that.

I didn't see anything to indicate that.

Cotto wasn't fading badly, like in the first fight..... and Margarito wasn't coming on strongly, like in the first fight.

Anything could have happened in those championship rounds with the most likely outcome being that they were hotly contested, split, leaving Cotto the clear decision.

Margarito could also have lost his eye, or got beat the fcuk up even worse.

Margarito had no magic wraps the second time around.

That was a real macho fight, two warriors refusing to wilt.

Loved it. It was the fight that ruined Pacquiaos mobility as well, his legs were never the same.
