This is embarrassing. Garcia should stop the fight. Rios doesn't have one punch power to change the outcome. Bradley seems to be getting stronger as the fight goes on. No need to allow your fighter to keep taking this arse kicking. call it a day live to fight tomorrow.

He wasn't a bad fighter when he was a young, fit, aggressive lightweight, but he's slow and overweight now at welterweight (especially with his re-hydrating up to 170).

Rios is always dangerous but you can see he's mentally broke at this point.

Yeah...Rios has always got that level to resort too if he has to grit his teeth and slug it out...But not tonight, he has all the body language of someone that knows he can't / won't win and has done for a long time tonight.
