He's suggesting Loma would be in 90 mins (aka at like 930 EST) and Bradley/Rios at 1030 EST.

card starts at 9:30 and ends at 11:45.....2 hrs and 15 minutes (135 minutes)

Loma fight is a title fight - 12 rds - 47 minutes

Bradley fight is a title fight - 12 rds - 47 minutes

That leaves 41 minutes for commentating and advertising future HBO events.

We'll probably get 5-10 minutes of that before the Loma fight, so that puts that start time at 9:40. After 47 minutes and a 10 minute fight recap, the Bradley ring walks should begin.

At this time it will be about 10:40 or just before. Obviously just a rough estimate but probably not that far off.
