Really when did the Mayweather camp start accusing Pac and when did Pac object to their being no cutoff on testing.

For those of us who know this **** the cutoff date is meaningless. Taking AAS up till the fight will be a negative not a positive. Steroids bloat you and cause other androgenic side effects. They are great for strength and training due to recovery but not for the actual sport. You are at your best after your endocrine system has returned to normal after a cycle and you have shed the water weight. So the cutoff date has always been a red herring.

There is no such thing as a cut-off date for Olympic Style Drug Testing.

OSDT takes place right up to the event.

Pac inexplicably killed a superfight by refusing totally harmless blood tests.

And Manny's excuses were absurd, which is why those excuses suddenly disappeared without a mention after finally agreeing.

Besides Manny did VADA testing, which is way tougher than USADA. VADA caught two of haymons fighters and he never did it again, immediately signed a deal with USADA.

Hauser didn't ignore anything, he told the facts and used his sources, nothing he said has been proven wrong. IV is illegal by USADA, UFC fighters have all been told they cannot use IV anymore.
