Last I heard, USADA and NSAC both released statements clearing Mayweather of any wrongdoing.

When Freddie Roach was preparing Pacquiao for the Margarito fight, Roach stated that after watching a lot of videos he could tell what fights Margarito used loaded gloves...... Roach said that he could tell because the punches landed differently.

I dont think it went back as far as Martinez, which was like a decade earlier, maybe more.
