It's not an uncommon view at all, really it's not. I don't know how well schooled you are in the history but do any basic research you will find that Marciano is rarely considered an ATG. He's arguably not even an ATG heavyweight let alone an ATG in general.

And I don't even have any dislike what so ever towards Marciano Infact I enjoy watching his fights it's just I actually know about him as a fighter and know that his resume is not great. No bias what so ever I have no feelings at all toward Marciano.

louis was 37-38 yrs old.

charles was 33-34 yrs. old.

The bottom line is Marciano's competition is not very good if you're going to compare it to Mayweather's. .

The level of competition between the two is not even close in favor of Mayweather.

Rocky has by far the greater wins than Floyd, it's not even comparable. No win on Floyd's resume, not even a win over Floyd himself, can compare to a KO win over the likes of old Joe Louis (the #1 heavyweight of all time) and Ezzard Charles (p4p legend).
