How good is Erickson Lubin ?

I seen a few highlights on YouTube seem like a solid prospects.....he's 5'11 has a long ass reach and fights at 154.....thoughts????

He needs to get rid of that 1990's Ivan Robinson\Bobby Brown haircut. It is so outdated. Too hard to see past that.
