He's simply not good enough to be a PPV star. He doesn't have an aura about him either, he's mostly just a clown.

But it mostly comes down to the fact that he's just not elite and will be beaten by the top guys around his current weight class. A lot by Floyd's PPV because they hope the opponent can bring something and beat him. You can watch Adrien Broner lose on PBC for free.

He's entertaining but he really can't afford another loss.

Hmm he would have been a cash cow if he was undefeated.

But he has lost twice and although people like to see him lose, it's lost it's appeal.

Broner is a B/C+ fighter, isn't relevant anymore.

Didn't Broner sell like 6k tickets the last time he fought in his home city? That's embarrassing for a "cash cow"

The problem with Broner is he's more flash than substance. You can be the flashy bad guy with opinions & get people watching you no question about that, but to get to that Mayweather PPV level you gotta have some elite level skills too. I tend to think Broner is lacking that. He's also lacking basic **** for an elite level fighter like motivation. He for sure needs a trainer who's gonna bust his ass a lil bit. He should be the guy hiring Teddy Atlas, he could use Teddy seating on his stool looking at him like "what the f#ck" as he dances back to his corner after doing f#ck all in the last round.

Solid comparison. Broner is definitely a good fighter who was heavily hyped who just never seemed to come close to the expectations thrust upon him.

Broner should have beat Porter real easy, he just needs a new trainer to step on the gas, not that this next fight will be a problem broner can't solve.

Broners problem isn't his trainer it's his ****ing attitude, that's his downfall, he ****s around too much whilst all the other top guys are taking it seriously. Yes he does sell but he won't become the next face of boxing, its okay to be the guy people pay in hopes to see them lose but it only works if you continue to win each and every time. That's why it worked for Mayweather and why many of his haters ended up respecting him as a fighter, but Broner isn't Mayweather.
