Please cite your sources . All I can find about HBO rejecting those fights is due to the level of competition , no dollar value . As far as GGG taking less , he should , as he has no one on he resume whereas Wards resume is accomplished . How can u demand 2 mil a fight or anything close when you've fought 20 cans in a row and have NEVER FOUGHT ANYTHING ELSE

He's not at the 2 million level but he'll end up making more than Ward because he's exciting to watch while Ward is so so,Comment

I have also heard that annoying comment.
That Ward " chose to be inactive, so fcuk him ".....
Nobody chooses to get injured, and nobody chooses legal arbitration over fighting.
That is utter ignorance fueled by desperation.
Opting for arbitration rather than exploitation, is every mans right.
It doesn't even matter if Ward was wrong about the specifics, it is his right to question irregularities or unsatisfactory results/decisions that pertain to his contract.
Better a few months of inactivity, than years of whining because you got exploited, like all of Don Kings ex fighters.
Just look at Mikey Garcia's situation.Comment

1. 6 of Ggg opponents in the past 3 years have been Ring top 10, Lemieux 7thI have only 1 question for u and those like u who become so filled with ire when someone recognizes racial bias in boxing : Please explain why HBO has allowed GGG to fight an abysmal number of cans gleefully , but demands Ward only fight viable threats every time or go elsewhere for viewing ? If u can answer that with a logical non-sarcastic answer that make sound sense then I'll admit I'm wrong and admit I may have prematurely saw race as an issue when it really wasn't .
2. Most of the these were dirt cheap for HBO. The combined budget for Macklin or Stevens was less than 700k
3. Ggg fights are very TV friendly
So its tremendous **** for the buck. Paying far less for much higher viewer satisfaction compared to Ward. Get it, dumba$$?Comment

That appears to be the same ******ed logic that some folks used to justify why Team Kovalev ducked the purse-bid with Team Stevenson.
Why are HBO profit margins more important to you than good fights, especially if they prevent the best from fighting the best?Comment
