According to Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, Manny Pacquiao's next fight will certainly take place in the United States.

There was some discussion of doing his next bout in Dubai and the eight division champion has also fought a few times in Macau, China.

At the end of the day, Arum says the best place is a location in the United States.

Pacquiao is still rehabbing a right shoulder injury that was suffered during the fourth round of his May 2nd defeat to Floyd Mayweather Jr. Pacquiao believes the injury has fully healed and he wants to return in early 2016.
