You are obviously new to boxing. Guess you never saw the thrilla in Manilla or Jose Luis Castillo vs Chico Corrales or hundreds and hundreds of others where fighters show the same resiliency.

Called it. Sanchez has, does and will always blow.
        No surprise here.
I don't think he blows. Kid showed a ton of heart last night and he'll make good TV. He's only recently stepped up and we probably saw his ceiling. I didn't figure him for world beater at the class but was surprised that Concepcion was the one who got him.

He was always just a physically ungifted and quite basic fighter in my eyes. I don't even think he'll make good tv anymore because I think he might be damaged from this fight. Looked like Sergio Thompson against Bryan Vasquez. Just too crude. Very low ceiling. we'll be seeing the same from Rey Vargas soon.

He's not really a devastating puncher, the moment someone could take his shots with some power of his own and was willing to throw with him he was more than likely going to fall. He could never replicate what Tyson did because he could hurt Nica or at the very least make him hesitate a bit so Concepcion wasn't so willing and able to land full power shots at will on him. He simply wasn't afraid of the return fire. Sanchez was just always very average. The fact that he always reminded of Adrian Estrella was a very bad sign.

There's a reason I always made sure to record Sanchez fights. Not because I wanted to see him beat up no hopers. But because I thought he could lose at any given moment. When I typed my comment, I thought he won't even make it to the end of the year.

          And he proved me right.

                  true, true.

Anyway, who are you rooting for? I honestly enjoy both fighters so I'm torn. However I think El Nica might have the edge. He's fresher and has more experience at the weight, plus home turf advantage. However, Segura can never be counted out... He throws some massive bombs with each hand and has heart for days.

You know what......I was thinking Giovani can easily outbox this guy but looking through his W's he loves the KO and that will hurt him as its done in the past -- I think hes set in his ways and is not going to change..too bad I like the guy.

                      Concepcion vs. Marquez III.

Concepcion vs. Marquez III -- (Spanish) Is 3 the lucky number for Concepcion or will Marquez KO El Nica once again? Shane Mosley will be fighting on the undercard.
