Amir Khan doesn't understand that he's trying to hammer out a deal where Bob Arum, as his admitted condition for even having the talks, is insisting that Khan not involve Haymon in the negotiating process.

Haymon's m.o. is a rather simple one; do everything in his power to get his fighters the biggest opportunities and the biggest paydays, period. Arum doesn't operate that way.
