Khan's correct once again. Mayweather has avoided Khan for years with the assistance of his fans who have tried to dismiss Khan out of hand in an attempt to downplay the threat that Khan's style presents to Floyd.

It's Floyd's own die-hard fans who probably fear Khan just as much as Floyd himself as they actively campaigned to try to prevent Floyd from facing Khan for this reason, using various forms of social media in a desperate attempt to impede and prevent the potential match up. The hate that we often see perpetrated against Khan from detractors on this site has it's roots in fear and projected cowardice.

Khan beats at this point. You pretty much have to dawg it and pressure khan to beat him.

Floyd offense looks slow. And he won't beat amir sitting back.
did you watch the algieri fight ? floyd is 38yrs old and 4 steps ahead of Algieri. go sit down somewhere son.

Why does Amir Khan believe he was entitled to a fight with Floyd? He was not.

There are many things Khan is but one thing he isn't is a liar, Floyd has lied to all his fanbase and made a mockery of the sport.

Khan has every right to speak his mind much more so than Andre Ward, Ward is a guy chasing a fighter not in the same division and not willing to meet demands to make it happen whereas Khan would agree every ****** stipulation that Floyd would ever ask and he'd meet him **** right on Floyd's preferred choice of weight...
Are you kidding me that some of you ****wits would actually try and make excuses for Floyd on this one?
Amir Khan 'I shook off all of Andre Wards best punches'....Andre Ward 'Me and Amir have never sparred'......Yes as the above, Khan is many things and a liar !! Amir Khan = Walter Mitty

Khan says "I looked good in all of them..." He has a short memory:

                      April 27, 2013:

Amir Khan survived an early knockdown and a late onslaught to eke out an unconvincing points win over supposedly damaged goods in Julio Díaz, yet he was told within minutes of the decision that his next fight would be for a world title.

On his return to the UK after an absence of two years, the judges gave it to him 114-113, 115-113 and 115-112, but again Khan's lack of one-punch power allowed his opponent to force him into uncomfortable situations. He had the heart but not the hammer.

I had it a draw, but with the sixth and the 12th even, and two 10-8 rounds to the Mexican, so there was little in it either way. However, the loser will feel aggrieved on two counts: first, that he started too cautiously and second, that he did not receive full dividend for his domination of the second half of the contest.

                      May 29, 2015:

On Friday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, Khan used blinding hand speed and superior movement to earn a unanimous-decision victory over the rugged Chris Algieri (20-2) in the main event of the Premier Boxing Champions on Spike TV. It wasn't a sparkling performance from Khan, but it was a win nonetheless...

While the performance was a winning one for Khan, it didn't leave many members of the boxing media impressed.

Showtime's Brian Custer, Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix and Fight Hub TV's Mick Akers wouldn't endorse a Khan-Mayweather bout..

The ease with which Algieri landed shots makes it seem as if Khan could find himself in dire straits against Mayweather—or Kell Brook for that matter. Normally, a fighter's stock doesn't go down after a unanimous-decision win, but that might be the case for Khan after Friday night.
