Ok that was pretty fast ...ironicly his shoulder was hurt after he lost.....if it was any haymon fighter that came up with that excuse would have beem a diffenent story

I think it's pretty clear at this point that Pacquiao and Top Rank lied about the shoulder injury.

Time to move on from this fraud who ruined an epic close to PRIME fight in 2009 because he refused random drug tests.
