I think Klitschkos right hand is extremely quick, but in general I think Ali was quicker, but for a 240 pound man Klitschko is a fast fighter.

Wlad has fast hands, perfect punching technique and great power. Ali had faster hands but then the prime Ali had perhaps the fastest hands in heavyweight history. Joe Louis and Jack Dempsey also had very fast hands as did Floyd Patterson.
