Keith Kizer said a few years ago wehn he was with the NSAC that several UFC fighters had TRT exemptions basically TUE for testosterone, he then said one boxer has a TUE for TRT in Nevada he live here. But he siad he cannot give out names due to privacy clause, Im willing to bet the guy was Floyd Mayweather with the TUE for testosterone, remember Floyd was raised by that White doctor who specialize in Hormone replacement pellets named Dr Don Hale.
Man Arum has higher testosterone than Floyd, you know something is wrong when an 83 year old man has higher testosterone than a 38 year old athlete with muscles.
