Authors submit articles, they don't publish them. The website that published this decided on when the best time (for them) was to release it. The week of the fight is an obvious choice for maximum exposure and impact.

Suing someone is not all about the immediate money, well not outside of America it isn't. To clear their reputation, which if that is not intact will result in huge damages in the future

For the amount of money required to finance the prosecution of a civil case, in the U.S. no less, pursuing a case to simply clear a reputation (for a libelous article that has already seen its credibility shot through with holes; in essence, the hit isn't as severe as some posters want to hype) is a guaranteed waste of money.

USADA will continue to randomly test boxers (VADA being seen as BALCO Conte's testing agency hasn't gone away), USADA will still be the year-round testing organization for all Olympic sports, and Thomas Hauser will still be the shill expose writer who has failed to actually put forward anything with impact since he picked up aclaim for what he wrote on Ali.

No idea where you're from or how things work in your orbit, but USADA (who would actually be the one's to pursue any case) suing Thomas Hauser would akin to you punching out a 10-year old for saying who had poop on your face, when you didn't.

The confidentiality agreement signed by arum and manny is what will delay further evidence. So glad a well respected journalists has exposed Usada and will continue to do so every time they try to reubute Hausers articles. They continue to get exposed this is why they take so long on their rebuttles. Hauser has more info coming it will only be a matter of time before usada gets completly exposed.
