Some reports suggest that administration of IV infusions, including dietary supplement and vitamin ****tails, are being provided to athletes for recuperation, recovery or lifestyle reasons. This medical practice is prohibited at all times without prior TUE approval. WADA has justified the inclusion of IV infusions on the Prohibited List given the intent of some athletes to manipulate their plasma volume levels in order to mask the use of a prohibited substance and/or to distort the values in the Athlete Biological Passport. Further, it must be clearly stated that the use of IV fluid replacement following exercise to correct mild rehydration or help speed recovery is not clinically indicated nor substantiated by the medical literature. There is a well-established body of scientific opinion to confirm that oral rehydration is the preferred the****utic choice. Legitimate medical indications for IV infusions are well documented and are most commonly associated with medical emergencies (emergency TUE), in-patient care, surgery, or clinical investigations for diagnostic purposes.

**** off look at the references supplied by WADA in the "rules sheet" you have been quoting. That has your answer. It seems I'm far more thorough than you.

Insane Person: Floyd used the IV to mask PEDs

Rational Person: Well according to the details released a paramedic deemed it necessary due to dehydration

Rational Person: Well actually dehydration isn't simply about losing weight drastically, there are numerous methods via which one can be dehydrated & it can even occur gradually over a period of time via endurance training like many boxers who run several miles a day or who box lets say 9min rounds in sparring might be susceptible to

So you're saying there was a medical emergency? Team Floyd disagree:

"You know my urine was dark, extremely dark, darker than normal. That could be from overworking, extremely dark," Mayweather said. Advisor and Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe then chimed in.

"A lot of times what happens is that when you work, you become dehydrated. It's not that you're struggling to make weight, it's that he pushes so hard. And you gotta remember he's going down through the drug testing – so he's working out, having to give blood taken, give urine and do all this, and also with preparing for a fight. So it's nothing out of the ordinary."

You guys still don't get the general logic. How can anyone apply for a TUE for something that hasn't happened yet? The contracts allowed retroactive use. Do you realize how old Bob Arum is, as if he never read a contract in his life for the biggest fight on his resume... lol

Does a rational person believe the word of USADA the agency that told both ESPN and SI that only Morales' A sample had tested positive when in fact his A and B samples had tested positive twice? Given USADA's past history of lying to the press a rational person trust them?

Does a rational person believe that you can both be unable to give a urine sample as USADA claims and be able to give a sample before the IV? Shouldn't a rational person realize that these two parts of the story are contradictory?

Does a rational person believe that before the biggest fight in over a decade a paramedic was called to Floyd's home and no one noticed?

WADA allows for retroactive TUE's in the case of an emergency. Was this an emergency?

but a rational person would take the below points into consideration.

So again, which point below are you in disagreement with because this is what occurred prior to Floyd's IV?
                      - Floyd can make weight EASILY. FACT
                      - Floyd was tapering off his workouts BEFORE the weigh in. Nothing extraneous. Important: No conflicts with straining due to having to make weight. FACT
                      - Floyd did not give blood for 10 days. FACT
                      - Urine can't drain you. FACT
                      - Nobody mentioned that Floyd looked quite dehydrated or drained during the weighins. Floyd fans especially thought he looked like he was in great shape. FACT

Again, as I said above, nobody mentioned this until they needed to protect their hero Floyd. Actually the opposite was being said!!!

Finally, one thing that both sides have agreed on over the years about Floyd is that he always comes to a fight well conditioned. While others struggled for various reasons, Floyd has admitted that his experience in this area is what sets him apart. Now, only after we hear this excuse from Floyd, Floyd fans say otherwise? That is not a rational person but someone who needs to protect their hero, Floyd.

                      .
