Secondly and more importantly. Oscar had not fought at 147 since 2001 against Gatti. Oscar even fought at 160 and by the time he fought Manny, he was no longer an active prime fighter. You should know better than that since you always bring up the how and whys of this and some other of Manny's fights (eg Cotto).

On the other hand, Floyd can make 147 with his eyes closed. VERY DIFFERENT!!!! How do we know this? Floyd, Ellerbe and Sr always say it. "Floyd can make 147 EASILY"

the above point is very important. If Floyd is not struggling to make weight and they have been tapering off on the workouts as the fight is nearing and Floyd had not given blood in 10 days, THEN THERE IS NO REASON FOR AN IV!!!!
First of your first comment " We do not know about Oscar "

Goodnight spin doctor you are biased to the max and just jump from one merry go around to another , you dont listen and you ignore things and just ramble on like it wasnt said , making weight is not the only cause of dehydration get that through you fckn slow brain , the fluid balance in our body is controlled by osmotic pressure withing the cells , mineral imbalance or the excess of one element like sodium or potassium can cause the cells to take on water or to repel water .

Go research it from a medical site Im being called my dinner is ready Im done with your BS .

I agree that its not the only thing but considering that Floyd took the IV AFTER the weighin, that would be the only possible explanation for an IV!!!

See, if you are struggling to make weight, you need to do a lot of things to make weight. If you are not, then all you will do is stay the course and taper off your workouts as the fight nears. That is what you are trying to block out. It is not possible for an experienced athlete like Floyd to have this issue at that point in time.

You look at Floyd after the weigh in, he looks fine to me. Yes, he may have been a bit thirsty but that does not warrant an IV. If it did then everyone would be getting an IV after their weighins!!!!!

You still did not answer my question. How was Floyd so drained that he needed an IV AFTER the weigh in?

yeah...as floyd had retired, other fighters may hire him as their conditioning coach..

floyd "a super highly trained athlete being a little bit dehydrated" needing 750ml of hydration? come on, bro...i know he came home from the weigh-in...not from the sahara desert..

It really is embarrassing that neither Floyd or USADA will take legal actions.

If Floyd Mayweather was dehydrated after the May 1 weigh-in, the USADA doping control officer could have given him several glasses of water. USADA has yet to explain the medical justification and supporting data that led it to grant a retroactive the****utic use exemption nineteen days after the fact for a procedure that's on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s "Prohibited Substances and Methods List".

This is the smoking gun ..

For fck sake how many times do I need to repeat this , if Floyds mineral balance was out of balance for any reason after the weigh-in he could be beginning a phase of worsening dehydration , at this level Im sure he would have some form of a medical doctor monitoring for stuff like this .

Again prehydration before an impending physical performance is and has been a common thing in the past concerning athletes .

Sometimes ours bodys do not assimilate fluids fast enough by drinking and if you are against the clock its safer to kick start that fluid imbalance with a drip , Ive seen it many times in Greyhounds merely traveling to the races on a warm day , you dont want them to race with a belly full of water and the system is drying out , the only way around it is IV drip .

You state you know about this stuff but I know you dont by the very comments you make , you ignore points made because you dont understand what is said .

Again we dont have enough information to know exactly what happened and why , all we know is the same people that brought Armstrong down cleared Floyd , the highest authority in boxing cleared Floyd , so its obvious they have been given more information than we have , Im not interested in the little kid notion he paid everybody off , if he did so did Manny and Cotto and all the other millionaire fighters .

Your not fckn listening , sometimes drinking is not being assimilated anywhere near fast enough , to assimilate 750 ml into the cells he would need to drink nearly 5 times that amount and all that fluid drank means your pissing like banshee this can also flush your reserves of potassium causing cramping and a whole range of things going wrong , these guys are formula one athletes they operate on an edge its not as simple as a gut full of gatorade lol .

Again stop fckn guessing when you have not the foggiest idea of how it works within our body let within a sportsman of this trained state .

Man you got no fcn idea .

Thomas Hauser slaying USADA at this point. Problem is USADA and NSAC will continue to sweep this under the rug, and there isn't anything Hauser can do other than continue to call them out on their bull****.

My belief is that the BS extends far beyond Mayweather and that no one wants to expose the curtains. Arum's complacency could very well be a result of the fact that he too is on some sort of bull**** w/ NSAC and/or USADA.

Plus, given NSAC's recent excessive 5 year suspension made on the basis of a single non-WADA positive lab test for marijuana, their ability to make consistent reasonable decisions regarding drug testing related matters is beyond questionable at this point.
