Again, I find it odd that anti Floyd fans don't realize that the TEU and IV conditions were already disclosed to the public back in late May by sports writers. Where is the logic from Hauser's expertise to not continue Kevin Iole's findings of his late May article? Or is it more professional to let the public know three months later, or rather remind the public two days prior to the fight, to say it all over again?
That doesn't make any sense. Lol. That's like saying we know who the killer is, but lets not tell the police until 3 months later, even though the victims also know that the others know. LolComment

This isn't describing the Mayweather's case specifically, but here's the procedure for what happens when a partial sample is collected.
The Athlete's first attempt to provide a sample produced less than the minimum requirement of 90ml of urine (this is known as a "partial sample"). The Athlete therefore placed the collection vessel on the floor, adjusted her clothes and placed the cover on the container. She was then told to wait in the waiting room. At this point, the DCOA was required to deal with the Athlete's partial sample in accordance with Annex F of the WADA International Standards of Testing ("IST") and the partial sample collection procedure contained in the 2011 IAAF AntiDoping Regulations (the "2011 Regulations"). CAS 2014/A/3487
The relevant provisions of Annex F and the 2011 Regulations are set out in detail below (see paragraphs 72 and 82-83). In short, the Regulations require an athlete who has provided a partial sample to select special partial sample collection equipment. Having done so, the athlete should then be instructed to open the relevant equipment, pour the partial sample into the container and seal it as directed by the DCOA. The DCOA should then verify, in full view of the athlete, that the container has been properly sealed. While waiting to provide an additional sample, the athlete should remain under continuous observation and be given the opportunity to hydrate. Once the athlete is able to provide an additional sample, they should be provided with a fresh collection vessel and instructed to provide a sample into that container. Once sufficient urine has been collected, the DCO and athlete should check the integrity of the seal on the partial sample vessel containing the first insufficient sample. Any irregularity in that seal should be recorded. The DCO must then direct the athlete to break the seal to that container and to combine the samples.
According to the USADA statement, Mayweather was informed he was being tested at 1:45 PM. The testing process was not finished until 8:15 PM. Possibly enough time for the IV to work its magic. (If there was magic)Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 09-17-2015, 06:06 PM.Comment

I still haven't seen any explanation why Floyd needed almost 14 times the amount of fluids that one normally takes for de hydration. Especially when he showed no signs of being drained at the weigh in.
During the Lance Armstrong saga they often talked about how he used IV's to flush his system during the tour because he knew when he was going to be tested. Floyd knew he was going to be tested right after the fight.
I have no doubt if Floyd is dirty, and right now I am leaning toward the opinion that he is, more and more will come out as people don't have a reason to protect him and the people around him with their hands out stop getting paid when those fight checks stop coming in.Comment

Bro all I see in that hauser report and his rebuttal to usada if,ands,or buts then asking to release his testing history lol it's to funny, then you got misanthropic saying no one around Floyd going snitch on him so he took it upon himself to rat to usada about something he was doing and getting away with, I have seen it all today
I clearly said that "What if Floyd was worried about someone snitching on him, so he called up USADA to take the sting out of the IV-cheating... In other words, he'd say..yes I used the IV-solution on the reg but it's OK because USADA granted me a waiver (even though it violates WADA guidelines and Lance Armstrong used the same thing to cheat) and it doesn't violate NSAC rules...
Read slowly please lol...Last edited by MisanthropicNY; 09-17-2015, 05:50 PM. Reason: FIomo didn't understand my previous post.Comment
