My point is, there's only 2 reasons that 750ml of a saline/vitamin solution would be administered.Who knows. But saline and vitamins aren't banned and usada tested him both before and after the IV. David mayo and Kevin iole when they broke the story in May made it known. Even if there was a banned substance the rule that can be broken is NOT telling usada what was in the IV.
1. Because a fighter is severely dehydrated. SEVERELY
2. A fighter is trying to dilute his blood/urine in order to past a drug test
Now in this instance, which would you say is more likely the case?Comment

Call 911, I feel the need for an injection coming on
Mealy-mouthed spin doctoring and damage control.
Fluid has been exposed for the hypocrite and cheater that he is, and USADA is in his back pocket.
Gotta love the drama, though, of their portrayal of poor IV Boy struggling for his very survival while the paramedics mulled about and the medical angels of mercy valiantly tried to save him by administering copious injections of PED masking "vitamin enriched" saline.Comment

You're an idiot. They always maintained someone was there and that they knew beforehand. It was Hauser who said they didn't know.Comment

With all due respect i'm removing Floyd from my point (for the idiots who will assuming i'm bashing him..I'm not) and making my point strictly on USADA's history of practice. While these refuted points are all good and well. Put out the results, we just found out who administered the IV which is great and a step in the right direction. Yet for the sake of disclosure for all involved put out both Pacquaio and Floyd's sample results and let other professionals chime in. Considering what happened a few years ago with Peter Quillin and Winky Wright I don't trust USADA as far as I can throw them. They have flat out refused to even answer any in depth questions about that after it came to light that promoters are capable of itemizing exactly what gets tested for. Again i'll reiterate this in no way is me shhhitting or praising Floyd, this is about USADA and it's refusal to disclose all of it's contractual practices. I've always been pro WADA because it's one contract for any and every athlete in the world..promoters, managers, mother teresa cannot alter it.Comment

Wow! You are not only a financial expert but WADA regulation and PED masking expert too!My point is, there's only 2 reasons that 750ml of a saline/vitamin solution would be administered.

Impressive! Jack of all trades right here.Comment

The point where it clearly stated he was tested BEFORE and AFTER the IV. If he tried to dilute his urine, they'd already taken his urine before hydrating and compared it after. Plus the listed how many different procedures they put the samples through, CIR EPO and HGH testing. If it passed all three of those test before and after, chances are nothing illegal was done. Plus diluting your urine shows up in a drug test. That's what happens to Jon jones which is why they CIR tested him and his values of .01 .02 and .03 were su****iously lower which meant masking according to Victor conte himself. My point is, there's only 2 reasons that 750ml of a saline/vitamin solution would be administered.

Mayweather declared the infusion in advance to a USADA doping control officer who was at his home for collection of a sample. Mr. Mayweather provided partial urine samples to USADA both prior to and following the infusion. The urine provided by Mr. Mayweather on May 1, 2015, was subsequently tested and has been reported by the World Anti-Doping Agency accredited laboratory as negative.Comment
