yet you can't produce the medical proof. I gave you the symptoms of dehydration but nothing about weight was there.

"... the USADA DCO was in the home and observed Mr. Mayweather's condition that precipitated the need for an IV"

Outside of an unfounded accusation of a bribe. There's nothing to say. A USADA official found that Mayweather needed an IV, and approved it. He was tested before and after having the IV administered, so there's no grounds to say there was foul play.

Saying "15X the legal limit" over and over doesn't change that the IV was approved by a USADA official, and that Mayweather was well within USADA (and WADA - ISTUE 2015 4.4.5) rules to file for a retroactive TUE. He broke no rule in NAC Chapter 467, and he broke no WADA rules, because he noted his intent to have an IV and was approved, and then got a perfectly legal retroactive TUE.
yup keep ignoring the fact he used a substance which masks peds lol keep ignoring it, I will just keep responding with a copy and paste to finish you fans. everyone knows he didnt use the iv to take peds, what they are saying is that it masks peds yet you all ignore it, imagine if pac did it?

check and mate, made you look like a ****** again and all you can do is change the topic like a typical floyd fan, look at frodo above you posting, he did the same. if pac did it, you all would be certain he is on peds, admit it.

why did floyd take 14 times the limit of a substance that masks peds? dont give me that blood dehydration excuse floyd used why did he do the same strategy armstrong used to mask drugs if he is innocent?

why did he pay usada over 100k lol, why are they all ignoring the fact he took ped masking substance?

Floyd was still training the day before the fight?

If Floyd was that dehydrated making 147 after he made 150.5 at the 30-day weigh-in..

Should have definitely moved up to Middleweight at least lol...

USADA knows that the FIomos and other ******** who think bashing any fighter of color is "racist"...

So Floyd will have people defending his cheating just like people defended Cosby's raping and Oj's murdering...

Floyd basically has USADA making up stories for him and still not explaining why they permitted so many MLs of fluid...

The dehydration excuse makes no sense... especially the day before a weigh-in the week of a fight when the training has ceased... and Floyd never has trouble making weight..if he was that dehyrdated..how would he even be able to compete?

What a coincidence that Floyd was dehydrated and needed an emergency IV injection of fluid the same time the USADA-tester showed up lol...

Yes, he used a substance that masks PEDs. It's called water. If you use enough of it, it dilutes your urine. ****** Mayweather thinking only far enough to beat urinalysis and not blood/CIR testing. What a dummy

If Pacquiao got an IV for being severely dehydrated, I'd treat it the same as this. A dehydrated boxer needed an IV and got it. That's all this is, and that's all it would be in Manny's case as well.

Not surprising that the same agency that covered up Erik Morales's two failed tests would cover up for their cash cow Floyd...

Floyd = Lance Armstrong and Barry Bonds

Why have they included this? Its correct what Hauser has said. I have not read the whole document yet, but after seeing this, i going to expect a lot of padding out from USADA..
