Comments Thread For: Pacquiao: Mayweather Retired, So Rematch Don't Matter

Manny Pacquiao doubts he will have a rematch with Floyd Mayweather because his career rival says he's retiring. And besides, boxing is not his priority these days.

Mayweather beat Pacquiao in boxing's richest fight in May, and after he defeated Andre Berto last week for the 49th win of his undefeated career, he said he will retire.

Floyd his biggest rival in many ways, but Marquez was his nemesis, 4 times they danced and they were all great shows.

Lol, ass whooping? No doubt that It was a pathetic performance from Pacquiao but It was also a pathetic performance by Floyd. His daddy thought so also as he tried to convince his gun shy son to stop fighting scared.

They both did little, but Floyd always fights that way. One armed pax? Maybe, but one dimensional fighter.

Marquez was his greatest rival in every way. Mayweathers Greatest Rivals were Castillo, Maidana, and yes De La Hoya.

For there to be a rivalry, there has to either be rematches, or a competitive fight, or just animosity between 2 fighters.

I thought he was a little more offensive against Berto.
