If he moves up then we can say that Vic Darchinyan is the best Flyweight in the world. Since this guy is willing to fight anyone out there. Before moving up I would like this fight to happen to prove who the best fighter in the divison is.

Ill find out exactly why the fight is not happening because I know Vic Darchinyan has been trying to put this fight together forever. This will be an explosive bout with 2 hard hitters going at it.

It may be an explosive fight but dont think all fights are made just with a snap of a finger. Theres so many other opponents Darchiyan can face, and theres alot more Arce can face, Arce will most likely go where the big money is at
