I don't think Ward is financially desperate. He has money. But RocNation is desperate to make some of their money back, for sure. Signing Ward was an all time ****** move...at least the Cotto signing was understandable.

Froch would be a big money, exciting fight that would be popular with fans all over the world....easily defensible.

Chavez jr would be a mismatch but it would be fun to watch GGG end chavez jr's career...so i get your point, but that would certainly be defensible to some of us.

Whats the big deal on meeting half way on the weight. Ward said he would go to 160 for floyd and called floyds card. Floyd ducked and had ellerbe apologize.

Its clear GGG has surpassed ward in boxing .ward is living off the past and no one cares.
