If Bob is not talking to Haymon, then I don't think this fights is "in talks." Khan needs to take the Ruslan fight if he does not want to pursue a fight with Thurman, Porter, or Brook. Rusaln is acceptable, but the other 3 would make a statement that Khan should be listed on the P4P list.

Khan already said Haymon has no issue with it as long as it benefits his fighter.
